Be Bold Now is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to embolden, equip and activate the changemakers of today and tomorrow to close the gender gap. They empower women and girls to use their voice, talent and agency to make impactful change happen now.
They needed an identity and event design package that captured the vibrant voices making change. Our producer partner, Dialogue, brought us in to create a visual language and presentations that expressed all of the voices’ colors.

In refreshing the Be Bold Now brand, we refined the typography of their name to be a stronger font and embolden it within a impactful hexagon form which gave a more community badge appeal. We extended the color palette and added geo patterns to complement the lines of the new mark as well as employing energetic photography to capture the bold and free spirit of women’s voices. It was important to reflect messages and images that were authentic and true to the women who bravely shared their stories as part of the branding—an inspiration for all to prosper.
As part of the annual meeting Be Bold holds every year to present wisdom and stories of inspiration, we designed a poster collection to raise money for the situation in Ukraine as their war with Russia broke out. We contacted a Ukranian arts council, Creatives for Ukraine, and highlighted 10 of their Urkraian artist who had submitted artwork. We designed a poster set incorporating the art selling them at Be Bold’s annual meeting in Seattle. All proceeds went to the council and the artists as this was but one tool to help raise awareness of the unfortunate state of affairs in Ukraine.
